What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in is subject to availability.
Late check-out is available on request at reception the evening before your departure and is subject to availability and confirmation.
Is reception available 24 hours a day?
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, the hotel does not accept pets.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
To cancel your reservation, made directly with us, up to 5 days before arrival, please send all the information about your reservation to our reservations department at: reservas@hotellanzarotevillage.com. If you booked through an intermediary, please contact them directly.
Can I modify my reservation after confirming it?
Yes, a reservation made directly with us can be modified. Send all the reservation information to our reservations department at: reservas@hotellanzarotevillage.com. If the reservation was made through an intermediary, please contact them directly.
Does the hotel have wheelchair access?

Does the hotel provide towels for the beach?
The hotel only provides towels for the rooms and the pool. For pool towels, a deposit is required.

What are the swimming pool opening times?
The swimming pool opening times are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in winter; and from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM in summer. They are supervised by a lifeguard.
Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, the hotel has entertainment activities for children, a Mini Club, a Children’s Park and a Play Area.

Yes, the hotel has entertainment activities for adults and nightly shows.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes, the hotel has a gym equipped with both cardiovascular and strength-training machines, as well as a sauna inside.

What type of food is offered in the restaurant?
In our restaurant you can enjoy a carefully selected choice of traditional and international cuisine.
Does the hotel have options for guests with special dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?
Is there a dress code for the restaurants?
- Breakfast and lunch: Casual dress. Entry to the dining room is not permitted in swimwear, without a shirt or T-shirt, barefoot or wet.
- Dinner: Dinner is a special occasion, so appropriate dress for the occasion is required.
